SERION ELISA AI control

SERION ELISA AI controls are human CSF/serum control sample pairs for determination of the antibody index (AI) when using SERION ELISA classic immunoassays for CSF Diagnostics. These controls contain human serum or human CSF, respectively. They are lyophilized and - after reconstitution - to be treated as patient samples.

SERION ELISA AI controls 1 show a non-pathologic test result with AI around 1.0, whereas SERION ELISA AI controls 2 show a pathologic test result with AI > 1.5 in test runs with SERION ELISA classic immunoassays.
